1. About this website
This website at fedtuna.ai provides information about FedTuna, a federated fine-tuning platform for ML vendors operating in regulated industries. The site is informational. Browsing it, reading the content, and contacting us via the provided email address do not create a contractual relationship between you and FedTuna.
2. Who you are dealing with
During the pre-launch period, the website is operated by Artem Gerasimov as a private individual. A legal entity is being incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. Once incorporated, that entity will assume operation of the site, and these terms will be reissued under the entity's name.
3. No contractual offer
Nothing on this site — including descriptions of product capabilities, agents, deployment formats, pricing concepts, or case studies — constitutes a binding contractual offer. Specifically:
- Statements about product features describe current or planned functionality and may change.
- Statements about future agents and product layers describe roadmap and may change in timing, scope, or implementation.
- Case studies describe past pilots and do not promise the same outcome for new engagements.
- The Request a pilot action sends an email. It does not initiate a contract. A binding agreement only exists when both parties sign a separate pilot or service agreement.
4. Acceptable use
You may read this website, save its content for your own records, share links to it, and contact us via the email addresses we publish. You may not:
- Use the site to send automated, abusive, or unsolicited communications to us.
- Attempt to compromise the website, its hosting infrastructure, or its associated services.
- Republish or repackage the content for commercial use without written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
5. Intellectual property
The FedTuna name, the brand mark, the wordmark, and the content of this site are the property of the data controller named above (and, after incorporation, of the UAE legal entity). Third-party names mentioned on the site (such as Docker, gRPC, TensorBoard, Weights & Biases, Hugging Face, PyTorch, timm) are the property of their respective owners and are used here only for descriptive interoperability purposes.
6. Use of the FedTuna product
These terms cover the website only. The use of the FedTuna federated fine-tuning product itself is governed by separate written agreements signed at the start of each pilot or commercial engagement. No use of the actual product is granted by these terms.
7. Disclaimer
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the content. We may change, suspend, or remove the website at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) USD 100, or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim — which, for use of this website alone, is typically zero.

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from the use of this website that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion shall be submitted to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
During the pre-launch period, where the data controller is a private individual not yet resident in the UAE, the parties may agree in writing on an alternative forum. The default jurisdiction remains UAE.
